Silversmithing Studio - Space for a silversmith to grow their business. Rented on a full time basis. 

Creative Space - Shared workshop for various disciplines. Suitable for illustrators, graphic designers and design work. Available either part-time or full-time. 

Design Studio - Shared room for a designer maker, with added option of using the machinery.
